The perfume is the result of collaboration with the fragrance house of Coty, established in 1904. The nose responsible for the fragrance is Pierre Négrin of Firmenich, based in New York at Firmenich’s Fine Fragrance Center. Négrin’s original ambition to become a photographer was redirected toward the world of perfumery after a friend offered him an internship in his perfume workshop. The French Society of Perfumers awarded him the International Prize for Fragrance Creation in 1990.
