Secret Double Heart Pendant PM Poiray - Pre-owned Poiray Secret Heart Pendant in 18K yellow gold and white mother-of-pearl, featuring 2 flat hearts of different sizes, stacked on top of each other, with the center pierced in the shape of a heart. The first heart is flat and in yellow gold, it bears the signature of POIRAY and the serial number. The second heart is larger in size and made of white mother-of-pearl, flat, and bears the signature of POIRAY. A black satin cord holds the two hearts together. The piece comes with its original Poiray case. Pink and blue cords are also included.
