EASY TO MAINTAIN - The pizza skillet is pre-seasoned, however, it works best to oil the pan right away. When cooking is complete, wash the round cast iron pan with hot water and a sponge or stiff brush, then dry it on the stove on medium heat and re-oil it with natural oils. Cast iron pans are not intended to be used in a dishwasher.
