It is designed to be used after shampooing and conditioning, and can be used on all hair types. Apply a small amount of conditioner to the ends of your hair and leave it on for a few minutes and rinse. Follow up with rinse. Slowly pour the vinegar rinse over your hair, making sure to distribute it evenly throughout your hair and scalp. Use your fingers to massage the vinegar rinse into your scalp and hair for a few minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool water until all the vinegar rinse is washed out.
