Roll the wheel around the edge of your pie crust or create wave lattice edges that bake beautifully. It is so much prettier and easier than pinching around the edge and can also be used to cut pasta dough or fondant. Both pieces come apart for cleaning and are dishwasher safe for easy clean up. Hint - Make sure the edge of your pie crust is nice and thick. You can use the Decorator with a single or double crust. Simply roll the Pastry Wheel Cutter across dough to cut scalloped strips.
