Very pretty piece! It winds up and runs but hasn’t been tested for accuracy, although it would be beautiful just as a vintage piece of jewelry as well. I had a couple of O rings added to clasp because it was a tad too small, they can easily be removed.

I don’t know what kind of stones are on it but I would guess cut crystals or CC’z. Though they look like Diamonds, I have no way of telling if they are.
Although I have not heard of this brand, I know the original Geneve watches are of luxury and is a Swiss high end brand with strong origins.
It’s vintage and has wear because it was once loved. Date of last service is unknown.
