Olympia Brewing The Olympia Brewing Company was a brewery in the northwest United States, located in Tumwater, Washington, near Olympia. Founded in 1896 by Leopold Friederich Schmidt, it was bought by G. Heileman Brewing Company in 1983. Eventually it was acquired by Pabst Brewing Company in 1999.
Clysmic, which means cleansing, was a bottled water sourced from a spring in Natchez, Mississippi and was sold to hotels and restaurants. This particular image was the result of an advertising campaign starting about 1908 and was on various items, like signs, playing cards and in magazine ads. The company went out of business about 1919.
