The Ninja 45 ci 4500 psi carbon fiber tanks are not very common. The manufacture date is 11/2013. They have a 15-year life span, so it you have it recertified, it will be good until 11/2028.
The regulator is in working condition but the gauge needs to be replace, as the glass popped off. Also the bonnet has 2 dings in the edge, but doesn't stop it from working as it should.
