Directions:
Always wipe the tongue zapper before & after use with the provided pads & never wipe the headphones foam pads with alcohl-pads since they will damage the material, use instead a water damped paper towel or microfiber cloth to wipe the headphone pads when needed, so they don’t flake & damage over time. To use the product: Twice a day for 30 minutes per session for 8-12 weeks (everyone will experience different results, in different timeframes. Mine improved by about 10% after around 11 weeks. It’s hard to say what your experience will be). Make sure the tongue zapper is at the front of your tongue, close to the top of the tip of your tongue where you will feel the most of the zapping. The level of the tongue zapper setting & audio level setting on the device will always be the default level every time the device is powered on. My audiologist recommended that the buttons are not to be changed until you’re done with the normal levels after 8-12 weeks before experimenting.
