Vtg 1940’s Blue Floral Huge Collar Fit & Flare 3/4 Cuff Sleeves Wrap Dress S/M

Excited to be offering this sensational true vintage 1940-50's Fit and Flare Rockabilly midi dress.
I believe made of all cotton, turquoise with black floral print, V-neck with huge lapel on both sides of V-neck, three-quarter sleeves with wide button cuffs, button wrap at the waist, two pockets, full swing long to midi skirt, not sure if this a midi style or ankle length (suppose it depends how tall you are LOL). This is unlined and machine washable. I see a label not sure what it says Pinebrook/Pinebroom or Dinebrook/Dinebroom? I believe this is going to fit a small two medium size, but please refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit –

15 inch shoulder point to shoulder point

55 inch length
Wonderful true vintage pre-love condition, I found one small hole back hemline (last image), I find no other holes, tears or stains. Comes from my smoke and pet free home.
