Department 56 Halloween Snow Village "Grimsly Manor” spooky village house. #55004. This building has cosmetic flaws - a few paint chips and a few small ceramic chips. It’s missing the black tree on the backside of the house, I was considering painting it or just gluing a new black tree in but decided not to keep (it’s from my grandpa’s Halloween collection). Please look at all of the photos. All hanging bats are there. Has working light and sound. It cycles through a series of haunted house noises and light displays. This is a larger house- out of box weighs 3.5 lbs and measures 11” tall, 9” depth and 8.5” wide. In box weighs 5.1 lb and measures 12” x 11” x 10.5”
