Vintage Tulle & Lace Tea Dress with Matching Floral Hat

Length, from top of shoulder to bottom of hem: 44"
The floral hat is a size small; 6" length and 4" in width.
I'd estimate this dress to be a modern size XS or 2; it could also be a Juniors dress. Please see measurements to make a good size estimate.
Condition: Good Vintage Condition with the following flaws:
One small hole in the tulle on the back of the dress, as shown in final photo.
The zipper functions, but it can come unattached at the bottom. You just have to slide the
