Antique Burgundy Chateau France TS562 22K Gold 6 Serving & Soup Bowls (The Sebring Pottery Co USA)
Lovely made with accents of gold throughout the Burgundy Rim & the same Scenic Painted mural on each Bowl.
1 Serving Bowl 8 1/2" x 2 1/2" T weighing 1 Pound. No cracks, 1 hard to see and feel nic on the back of the rim.
5 Soup Bowls 8" x 1 1/2" T weighing 3/4 pound. No crack, 1 bowl has very hard to see an feel 2 nic on the back rim.
Great Antique Condition!!
A little History (Construction of the town's potteries proceeded simultaneously.
The Oliver China Co. (1899) the Sebring Pottery (1900) the French China Co. (moved from East Liverpool in 1901) & the Limoges China Co. (1903) were built & fired up in rapid succession.
All were controlled by Sebring interests. By 1907, 1200 workers were employed in the town's factories, and by 1915 Sebring was a town of 3,500.
