It's very rare and hard to find a Victorian tear catcher disposable glass scent bottle, also known as lacrymatory. These would be sold at stores as testers for scented oils and perfumes. They were meant to be thrown away, but this one somehow survived! The bug is also a very unique find! There is a spring that is still attached that would have been attached to a hairpin. If the woman would walk and move her head, the bug would look like it was flying! The picture has two lovely women in very stylish outfits for the time period. To round everything off, we have the classic black glass jet morning buttons. Everything is displayed in a UV protective shadow box. Everything is totally removable. Acid-free paper has also been used to guarantee that your new family heirloom will last for generations! This makes a perfect gift for any antique lover.
