For your consideration I am offering for sale an Exquisite Handblown Ghostly Trumpet Flowers & Bubbles in Blood Red Pot Glass Paperweight, at least that's how I see it. It -somewhat- reminds me of the antique Czech paperweights, except this one is more sleek looking. Stems of molten glass rise from a pot of dark red, while wispy trumpet flowers in gray & black widen their blooms to welcome the sun's rays (photos 8-10 taken outdoors show the red better). Perhaps the bubbles represent a dewdrop caught in the pistil of each. The glass is crystal clear, sign of a master glassblower, but the artist shall remain a mystery as it is an unsigned one-of-a-kind piece. The bottom is polished smooth (last photo). It stands at approx. 3 1/2" tall x approx. 2 1/2" wide. I did find a small scratch when viewed in the light, see photo #11. If you decide to purchase please be advised I do not accept returns.
