This kitchen scale has an Art Deco design in beige and red painted metal; paint is original. It is the 'Universal' model made by Landers, Frary & Clark of New Britain, Conn. Capacity is 24 lbs. On the back is a large decal with 'Weights & Measures' and 'Weight Equivalents of One Cup' (of various foods). Height: 6¾ inches (17.2 cm). Condition is good with a small amount of paint loss on some edges. Circa 1930's.
