Nice wind spinner..it's solid wood stained with pastel color stains (Rose Pink, Orange, Yellow, sage green, beach blue) then clear coat..
hang in a tree in your yard, garden, or your porch or patio..They come w/the spin top hardware w/clear fishing line so it looks like it's floating in the air..It is around 11" long & 7" wide..not including hardware or line..just the wood part itself..
