Brand new, with an original box.
Photo 9 shows there is an imperfection, it's NOT a crack neither a chip. Just imperfect during finish (the glaze didn't fully cover in this little area) from manufacturing, and it won't affect using.
For the last photo, these are not stains neither damage. These teeny tiny spots were dyed by Cassis Purple color from manufacturing. Based on these points; the price sold as is.
