Joseph Schachtel by Sophienau Zofiowka - Vintage 1887 Eagle Head Sauce Boat

Designed and manufactured by Joseph Schachtel and Sophienau Zofiowka in 1887, this white porcelain eagle head sauce/gravy boat is 8.5" long and 6.5" tall. This piece has one imperfection in the form of a tiny nic in the ceramic finish too small to show up in a photograph. otherwise there are no cracks or crazing and the piece is in excellent condition for being over 135 years old.
