This "Kuromi" black cat bow headband costume accessory headband is in GREAT previously owned condition. This "Kuromi" costume headband is free of stains and rips. The inside rim of the headband is free of wear (see photos). The accent bow in the middle of the headband shows very minor cosmetic wear (see photos).
