6 Royalton Fine China Golden Elegance Coupe Soup Bowls, Discontinued

Offered are 6 lovely, fine china coupe soup bowls crafted in Japan by Royalton China Co. in their Golden Elegance pattern. This discontinued pattern features two (1 thick, 1 thin) gold lustre bands at the rims. This type of china is translucent (which I was pleasantly astonished to see) as can be seen in the photo.

Except for the exceptions noted on the bottom of one of the bowls in the photos, these bowls are in lovely vintage condition with no chips, stains, cracks, repairs, or crazing. Bottom wear is very light and band edge wear is minimal on these gently used bowls. There are some very light utensil marks that can be seen when the bowls are turned to the light just so.

Bowl diameter is 7-5/8” and height is about 1-1/2.” These gorgeous bowls are hand wash only and would make a beautiful addition to any Golden Elegance collection. You may also consider these as paired up with other fine china for a unique mix-and-match look.
