Tekhni Meandros wrap to ring sling conversion. This was converted by Sleeping Baby Productions and has the trademark gathered shoulder and also has a angled hem so the tail lays really pretty when worn. There are a few pulled threads, I took a picture of one so you can see. It is a size small which is about 64" from the rings to the shortest side of the tail and 75" to the longest side of the tail.
