This is sweater material. The arm holes have buttons in the armpit area. These cannot be undone.
Condition: I cannot find any fiber content tag, though. There is no size tag, although I believe this is a one size piece. It also is missing a laundry care tag. I machine washed and hung to dry. It has minor fuzz from wash and wear. The fringe is a bit tangled.
