Absolutely fabulous vintage skirt by Chelsea Davis, this rare little gem is in perfect like new condition. The skirt itself is heavy-duty made, it is quilted with an inside liner as well. It has crushed velvet, lace and crochet and a silky quilted material.
Has the original ornament signed by Chelsea Davis herself, and also has original belt.
Waist measures 21 in fully stretched, and is 41 in Long. Has amazing spin!
