This historical piece was made by a child during the Great Depression. It was part of the WPA Program, who offered art education and creative activities for children. It provided art classes in settlement houses and community centers, reaching an estimated 50,000 children.
Own a piece of history! Because this toy is very old, it is not recommended for children. Great for decoration. It comes with a horn that used to attach somewhere on the truck.
