So this is quite the mystery piece of history. I've looked and asked everyone i can about this lens. The closest thing I've found to it was someone selling something on eBay that looked like it. But the estimate is late 1940's navy astrological lens. If you would like some more pictures, please just let me know. From what I understand, though , being American made is quite rare for the time it's from.
