There is a tag attached to the front under the bell. Reads Tokyo Maruei. It is a paper tag
I have been trying to figure out what the camel is Stuffed with. It is hard in the spot, and other areas may have straw.
To odors
There is no damage to any seams.
The faux fur is a little flat.
On 1 the sides, there is some soiling around the side seam and back knee, probably from storage. I have a picture
Very unusual piece. I have not found any other cameras
