One of the coolest looking metallic sulfides in the world and also one of the rarest. When copper and cobalt (and sometimes nickel ) combine and crystallize in a hydrothermal vent the crystal formed is Carrolite. Often taking complex geometric shapes such as dodecahedral formations and including intricate etchings on the surfaces. When a specimen has a high luster to it like this specimen does they are a site to behold. They look like something out of transformers.
