Rare Vintage Film Noir Poster “Lady From Shanghai” Rita Hayworth 1947 (14”x36”)

This an original vintage movie insert for the Columbia Pictures classic, critically acclaimed film noir “The Lady From Shanghai” starring the ultimate femme fatale Rita Hayworth & Orson Welles, who also directed & wrote the screenplay for the film. Welles & Hayworth were also married to each other but divorced shortly after the film was released.

This very rare unrestored 1947 film poster insert (14” x 36”) for the classic film noir “The Lady From Shanghai” starring Rita Hayworth Orson Welles is in good to very good condition. The poster had minor fold wear, edge & corner wear, creases, marks, smudges, very slight fold separation, a couple minor tears in border & one longer tear in the lower right hand border by Welles’ name that is protected by a paper tape on the poster’s back side. A good restorer could address these issues.

The film is particularly known for the climactic confrontation scene in an amusement park funhouse at the end of the film.
