Japanese Santoku Kitchen Knife made by Minamoto Masamori, a master of forged iron sword.

This kitchen knife, named “Santoku”, is made for multiple cutting needs for cooking and is very convenient and easy to use kitchen knife.
The balanced shape of blade and user friendly style were supervised by a famous chef, Masaru Doi who is very popular in Japan. Unlike other specific purpose cutting knives, this piece was designed and made for general amateur persons and therefore is very usable for multiple kitchen stages flexibly.
The blade is center balanced and it cuts everything smoothly by not shaking the top of blade leaning right or left.
