Kara Zor-El,better known as Supergirl,designed by Stanley "Artgerm" Lau and sculpted by Jack Mathews for DC Comics.
She is made of cold cast porcelain and stands at 10 inches in height.
Number 1248 from a run of 5200,she came out in 2013,I believe.
Opened to check condition and for pictures and never displayed,even the box on this one is shiny with almost no signs of wear.
There is a little near the top lid,where the box opens. The pictures should show this.
I routinely open these before selling to cover us both. You need to see the item is undamaged,and so do I.
She is still dust free and has never graced anyone's shelf.
The cape seemed to have an extra shine,depending on the angle.
When I got up close to get a picture,it seemed the color shifted slightly.
The painters must have added something extra to make it pop out more. It is not just flat matte painting on her cape.
OR,my eyesight is going. I hope the pictures show it.
