Decorative lid lifts via thumb depression above the handle
The handle depicts a schooner's rope
Comprised of porcelain with a metal lid
Around the bottom rim are the words:

* Barkentine
* Brigatine
* Bark
* Staysail Schooner
Colors are tan and brown with a silver lid
Hand painted on the underside is "Handcrafted in Brazil exclusively for Avon Products Inc, 1977", along with a sticker that says "Made in Ceramarte in Brazil", plus a number of 286904
