The Crewel Stitchery was done on printed fabric 100% polyester, Paternayan 100% Wool Crewel Yarn, and 100% cotton floss. The item is in good condition and any issues are visible in the photos. Some nicks in frame & matting. The visible artwork measures approximately 9.75" X 19.75. It is framed and matted with an outer measurement of 15" X 25".
This artwork is so eye-catching. The adapted painting is on fabric, onto which crewel and embroidery has been added and is 3D. The stitchery on the girl's shawl gives off a lacy look. Her dress is adorned with strands of yarn which make you keep looking to figure out how this piece was done! Very Very nice addition to your collection!
