Local pickup only in Denver. Used carrier in good shape. It is for a 2in tow hitch. Has small rust spots from being outside and is a bit dusty. Pictures are from a few months ago in October and the recent dusty pic which just needs to be cleaned. Fully functional arms work and lock properly to hold two bikes. I haven’t used the built in lock and not sure if it works. Does not come with the hitch pin but can purchase for $10 at a place like Home Depot.
