This figure was shipped to me in error when expecting Rio Blast (not included), and was not one I had intended for collection. This is NOT a preorder - I have this on hand! This is the only one I've seen on the market - you cannot purchase this yet from Mattel. If you do previews, this is a neat opportunity to get one early.
