Vintage 90s made in the USA dress by the brand Just My Thyme. Super cute layered look dress with a mock vest and white 3/4 length puff sleeve top under the dress. There is a sailor collar. The skirt is midi/maxi length depending on your height. The vest is brown with black and gold buttons, and the dress has a olive-y brown and cream gingham pattern with florals. There is a tie back, for a flattering fit. Marked as a size 6. See measurements.
