Fun flirty skirt by Ralph Lauren. Perfect condition with the exception of the draw string missing. It is not needed. You could probably use a small safety pin and thread through a replacement but I wore this once and did not need it. The elastic at the waist form and functional. No other imperfections! Colors are vibrant. Lots of stretch to the waistband. Tag state size small but will easily fit up to a medium. For reference, my mannequin is a size 8, and it is a good fit on her.
