*****PLEASE NOTE: This is vintage New Old Stock. Skirt elastic has lost most of its elasticity, due to age. Therefore, it is measuring with a larger waist than it should for an XL. It can be worn as is, but if someone needs it smaller, the casing can be opened and the elastic replaced. This is a very easy task for someone who is a capable with a sewing machine.
