This pre-owned Lanz Originals midi dress features a black velvet bodice with short sleeves and a white Peter Pan collar. A black velvet bow adorns the waist, separating the top from the cream-colored jacquard skirt. The skirt fabric is a blend of 57% cotton and 43% acetate, while the velvet is 100% rayon.
This is likely 80s, per vintage fashion guild. The whole article is pretty interesting. Definitely vintage!
