Hey y'all so unfortunately Mercari does not provide any options to report scam accounts or incidents so I'm posting this as a listing. Please be cautious of messages like this one. A regular account pretending to be the mercari support bot tried to lead me off the app to another website which I imagine would steal my information. There is nowhere to report this. No mercari email, nowhere on the app to report, and I even tried calling the number which hangs up on you after 3 minutes. All I could do is block the account. I recommend looking them up and blocking immediately. Thanks guys
