Beautiful hand painted flowers and berries with cobalt blue edge and gold accents - pretty vibrant colors!
Marked Te-Oh China Hand painted Japan
Made late 1800s early 1900s
5 piece set - 1 handled platter about 10" across and 4 6 1/4" bread and butter or dessert plates
nice and shiny
The platter does has a chip on the underside that doesn't show and 1 nick in the edge that does, it also appears to have a crack on the underside as shown in the photos, which just barely shows through on the top
1 plate has no obvious imperfections, 2 have small chips on the underside edge but they aren't visible from the top. One plate does have a chip on the blue edge about an inch long.
Even with these minor issues these are gorgeous!
