This collar is from an Estate. The lady had left notes with some of her items. I do not know if it really is from the 20's but it could be. The buttons show some wear as pictured. I believe that originally the collar was not a pull over but maybe got sewn together at some point. Please make sure to review all the pictures. Very delicate
