Featurong a lime green terry cloth bodice with cap sleeves and functional buttons, elastic waist with a fixed tie in front that does not adjust, and a cream colored a-line skirt with patch pockets. No material tag but the top is likely a cotton poly blend and the skirt feels like 100% cotton.
