Vintage white milk glass Hazel Atlas, McKee, or Tipp? USA stamped original

This is for three small salt and pepper shakers. I actually want a sugar they have Dutch boy and girl on the front size are etched in a fan design. Nothing on the bottom. the next two or salt and pepper. The salt has a blue sailboat and red lettering. The pepper has blue lettering and red sailboat. And the Pepper has a red lid. The salt has an old metal lid. Stamps made in the USA the number 14. That was on the salt. The pepper is made in the USA. Looks like a number seven. Great shape maybe needs a little cleaning or two I don't know who makes these. I don't know a lot about the milk glass.
