Step back into the early 80s classroom! This vintage 1981 Learning Poster set from Pitman Learning, Inc. includes a double-sided educational poster and 5 original transparencies used for teaching. One side of the poster (Kids Who Grew Up to Be Explorers) features Marco Polo, Vespucci, and more, with artwork by Dick Cole. The reverse side (More Than Meets the Eye) challenges kids to identify everyday objects under magnification. The clear transparencies (labeled DD40-A2, DD40-A4, DD40-B1, etc.) show Native American daily life scenes originally meant for use on an overhead projector to complement lessons.

Poster size: approx. 22" x 16" (folded center crease as issued, very delicate)
