This stand is easy to put together. It has a heavy duty base plate. The bag has some wear from shipping but over all in good condition. Tube 2 is missing it's locking mechanism and has a small bend in it. It just needs a little extra muscle to put that one piece together, It's doesn't wiggle or seem loose. Once the banner is on, you can't notice any flaws.
