This vintage ceramic cookie jar features a grumpy old lady design from the Maxine Cartoon, perfect for adding a touch of humor to your kitchen decor. Ideal for collectors or as a unique gift. Hallmark artist John Wagner created Maxine in 1986 for the Shoebox Greetings card line. He based the character on his mother, grandmother and maiden aunts who helped raised him.
