This is a beautiful blue and white set of 8 cups and a teapot by Currier & Ives with winter scenes. There is a Made in Japan sticker on the bottom of the teapot.
The teapot measures 5 tall, approx. 7 ½ with the handle and 4 ¼ diameter.
The cups measure approx. 3 ½ x 3 ½
There are four different scenes. They all depict a winter scene with beautiful farmhouses, barns, and landscapes. The name of the patterns are marked on the teapot and the cups.

The teapot and cups are all signed Currier & Ives. The cups have a gilded rim. There are a few that have a small amount of wear to the gold, a couple of transferware blemishes, and one with some staining on the rim. Overall though, they are in very good vintage condition. See photos.
