Department 56 Snow Village Hard Rock Cafe Christmas building #55324. Half of the black half circle piece that holds the guitar in place is broken. No other damage. Could use a bit of black puddy to cover it and be able to poke the guitar into it so it’s easily removable again to store each year. That’s what I was planning to do anyway - this is from my grandpa’s collection. Lights work and all other signs / lamps are attached to building. Box in good condition with minimal storage/age wear. Has pin and light cord. Out of box the building is 9” tall and 7” across, weighs 2.5 lbs. In box weighs 3.5 lbs and measures 10” x 7.5” x 9.5”
