This is a Sig Zane dress that I purchased as part of my collection several decades ago.
I bought it in Hilo, Hawaii Island.
It has a zipper on the back, and the shoulder straps are adjustable.
It features an Ohe Kapala bamboo stamp pattern.

It's a beautiful item, only tried on.
I think it's in good condition because I kept it carefully in my closet.
